What is the typical turnaround time for printing?
Standard printing orders are typically completed within 24-48 hours. For urgent needs, our Express 2-Hour service is available in select locations. Delivery time depends on your location and the service selected.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept all major file formats including PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, AI, PSD, and more. For best print quality, we recommend PDF files with embedded fonts and high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay), and cash on delivery (for select locations). All online payments are secured with SSL encryption.
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes! We offer nationwide delivery across India. Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Express 2-hour delivery is available in select metro cities. You can also opt for self-pickup from our nearest location.
What if I'm not satisfied with the print quality?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with the print quality, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll either reprint your order at no extra cost or provide a full refund. Quality issues due to low-resolution source files are not covered.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum order required! Whether you need just one business card or 10,000 brochures, we're happy to help. However, bulk orders (500+ units) qualify for special discounted pricing. Contact our sales team for volume pricing.
Can I see a proof before final printing?
Absolutely! For all orders, we provide a digital proof via email or WhatsApp for your approval before proceeding with printing. You can request changes to colors, layout, or design elements. Final printing only begins after your confirmation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a unique order ID via SMS and email. You can track your order status in real-time through our website, WhatsApp, or by calling our 24/7 customer support. You'll receive updates at every stage—printing, quality check, dispatch, and delivery.
